Seven participants complete RPM

Restoring the Personhood Module (RPM) which consists of five programs, namely Sycamore Tree Project of Prison Fellowship International, Lead Like Jesus of Lead Like Jesus, Faithsearch Discovery Seminar of Faithsearch Discovery, Kairos Course of Living Springs International and the Spokesman Club of Grace Communion International, is slowly but surely making its mark among one of the least, incarcerated persons in jails and prisons. Before 2009 ended, seven participants inside maximum security compound of New Bilibid Prison have been added to the list of those who have completed the module of at least two-year duration.

In December 2009, the number of participants who have completed has risen to 12 within four years. From five in the year 2008, participants eagerly pursued the remaining programs. One participant, Renato, was even thought to be missed out of the number because he transferred to another camp wherein he was evaluated. He was back after two sessions and was brave enough to deliver two speeches in one session. He thus earned his way toward two certificates, one of the Spokesman Club and another of the Restoring the Personhood Module.

There are other inmates working their way towards completion of the module. Soon, the number will be upped again. But now, National Prison Ministries Phils. Inc. is simply thankful to God for the privilege of witnessing the love and work of Jesus Christ in their hearts.
