PF Philippines, also known as National Prison Ministries Philippines Inc., joined hands with Jubilee Evangelical Church in presenting to the leaders of Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) a film showing of “A Journey Home” to about 60,000 inmates all over the Philippines.

“A Journey Home” is produced by the Jubilee Evangelical Church – Youth for Christ Ministry to commemorate its 10th anniversary. With more than two years in the planning stage, it took line producer Francis Lua and his team a leap of faith to raise resources and bring the project to completion.

This independent, full-length digital film has been produced to be privately screened without cost through partnerships with different organizations. It aims to bring families together, to bring relationships a step further and allow the realization of what matters most in life.

The BJMP pilot screening of the movie, which stars Soliman Cruz, Joem Bascon and Toni Gonzaga, took place at the Quezon City Jail on October 27, 2009. PF Philippines was assisted by volunteers from the Paralegal Association and Glory to the Lord Fellowship of Grace Communion International.
