National Prison Ministries Philippines, Inc. (NPMP) celebrated the birth anniversary of Jesus the Christ with some volunteers last December 10, 2009 at the Glory to the Lord Fellowship.
Christmas, as observed in the Philippines, is always a joyous occasion. Relationships are often restored with family reunions, parties and what-have-yous. Preparations begin as early as June (for gift lists) and shopping when the ‘ber’ months comes in – from September onwards. It is looked forward to by almost everyone.
NPMP finds it one great moment to have fellowship with its volunteers who have been at one with the group in reaching out to the inmates.
May the reason is all the more remembered in this season of JOY!
